Chicken meat left overnight in honey + teriyaki + garlic sauce, fried with peppers. Couscous mixed with chilli peppers and scallion, and some mandarins. Couscous is really easy to shape with cookie cutters.
Prawns mixed with asian vegetables (coooked), glass noodles with chilli and scallion, fresh pineapple.
Salmon baked with pepper spice mixture, potatoes, broccoli, scallion and cherry tomatoes, fruit.
Pork baked with plum jam, cheese and scallion, lots of veggies as a side dish.
