Peony Fields

A dolly-kei-inspired outfit for a visit to a "maid cafe" and tea house with my friends. I'd like to say that I did the freakishly noticeable eye liner on purpose, but... not really. Gel eye liner is super difficult to use, compared to pencils. In any case, this was the first warm day after a number of very cold ones, so I didn't want to wear too many layers, hence just the dress and a short-sleeved jacket.
