DIY Tutotrial: Heel Liners for Uncomfortable Shoes

Here in Seoul, I've recently bought 2 pairs of Le Bunny Bleu flats that I really liked for a long time and that I needed too (seeing that I will later move to Sweden and that the sandals I brought literally fell apart within the first couple of days). However, they turned out to be very uncomfortable for my heels, scratching the back of my heel until it started bleeding. Putting on band-aid didn't help, since it would just de-glue and fall off during the day. I bought gel heel pads in Daiso, but they had pretty sharp edges and only made it worse. As my last try to save my feet, I bought double-sided tape and small fluffy towels in Daiso to make my own liners - and it worked!

Material:
Small very soft towels or other fabric
Scissors
Double-sided tape

Cut the towel into two stripes with the length covering the uncomfortable area of the shoe. Match them against the shoe and adjust the shape to fit inside the shoe. Since edges of the shoes tend to be quite sharp, I prefer to leave the liners a bit wider so that they cover the edge as well. It doesn't look that pretty but I'd rather have the shoes less cute in the back than my feet bleeding daily.

Glue double-sided tape on the back of the liner.

Glue inside the shoes! Super easy, cheap, easily replacable and comfortable. ^^~

  3. This is really smart because it’s a pretty frequent problem with shoes. I also am completely in love with those bunny flats. I’ve had my eye on them for ages. Actually I was going to buy them but they were sold out online. I hope I can somehow track down a pair of these adorable flats.

    1. Tady bohužel žádné měkké nemají, ty, co jsem si koupila, dřely ještě víc než ty samotné boty >.<
