Outfit: A cup of Tea in Bukchon

I wore this outfit to a trip around Bukchon and Insadong with my mum when she came to visit me in Seoul - it was one of the happiest times I have had in Korea. I often feel strange that I seem to feel homesick less often than other people, but I think now it is showing that I have been apart from both my family and Gerald for four months. Also, I am very busy with my thesis, so I do not have normally a lot of time for sightseeing, I have worked overnight and on Sundays many times too. I'm just the kind of person who cannot enjoy lazying around if there are many things to do, so I prefer to work hard until the neccessary matters are finished before I can enjoy myself. But this vacation with my mum was a very welcome break from research, and I think I came back recharged. Now it's "working hard time" again.

  2. I love the fact that you added that bright yellow blazer to the outfit! Such nice pop of color & it looks marvelous against the black! :)
I am happy for you that you had the chance to welcome your mum, I couldn't stand a week without seeing my loved one, even when I am on awesome trips and vacations, I still miss my family a LOT!
